DIGITAL PRIMARY SCHOOL
While Advaita Bodhi talks about guiding and counseling the rural youths, it cannot ignore that the structure of Primary education in India barely ignites the minds of the little ones who flock to these schools. Their only incentive is the mid-day meal that is served in these schools. Or in worst cases the rural parts of India do not even have Primary schools.
So, among its various initiatives, Advaita Bodhi also takes up to impart education to the young minds at Primary level through its e-learning programs. Our team prepares animated presentations that are made to attract and engage young minds. We believe that teaching young minds in interesting ways can make them curious and inquisitive. This program also aims to introduce young minds to playful education through digital tools. Working in tandem with the JPUs, our e-learning programs serves two purposes: it makes education interactive and makes young minds in digitally starved areas get accustomed to the functional side of the digital world.
WHEN STUDENTS CANNOT REACH GOOD SCHOOLS, WE DELIVER SCHOOLS TO VILLAGES
In our signature initiative 'School chale Ghar', we aim to make good schools, good teachers, and great learning experience accessible to the marginalized communities. One would argue that under Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Scheme, there are primary schools every five kilometres. This is true. However, a few of them lack regular teachers and also the pedagogy followed isn't very impressive. We are plugging in an extension to that. We would provide world-class education for the primary level, so these pupils are at par with the urban students. Our initiative isn't to make students toppers but just to ensure they are at par with their city counterparts when they go to the high schools.
